Welcome to The Orchard in Bloom.
I write this blog for very selfish reasons. I want to keep a record of the day to day happenings in my crazy household and this is where that all takes place. It is really for my children but since they don't care at this point it can be difficult to stay motivated. By putting it public on the web I am encouraged to keep going even when I don't feel like posting because just maybe what I write will make a difference for someone else.
I have 6 children, homeschool, homebirth, love to sew and have been happily married since 1995 - wow I feel old. Life is crazy but I wouldn't have it any other way. (OK - so maybe I would like it to be a little less crazy)
